PAYMENT
I accept payment through PayPal. I can accept all currencies as it can be automatically converted to USD in the payment process.FULL upfront payment must go through first BEFORE I can start the drawing process. I completely understand if you are not able to pay right away once the invoice has been sent. Whether it be difficulties with money, waiting for a paycheck, etc. is understandable and I will not rush you for it. :) (But do remember that I will not start drawing until payment goes through.)There are no refunds so you must be absolutely sure with your purchases and finalize your decisions!Please acknowledge that finishing commissions may take me weeks, months or even longer since I am usually a pretty busy person in real life, especially when commission requests start piling up. I also have ADHD and executive dysfunction which can cause me to be forgetful at times and have poor time management and motivation. Your patience is appreciated. If you are unable to wait that long, do not consider commissioning me.
EMAIL REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PAYMENT:
▪︎ Character references, pics, sketches, pose references, etc. are HIGHLY recommended. Explaining characteristics of your character to me is fine but I usually prefer visual imagery.▪︎ Again with pose references, if you want your character drawn in a specific type of pose or facial expression, you can tell me or send a picture. I'm also completely okay with being given artistic freedom with poses and facial expressions and I can decide on this based on the character's vibes, description, etc.▪︎ Email you use for PayPal ready
COMMISSION PROCESS:
▪︎ Email me on what type of commission you want. Have all your resources ready (I don't read DMs, so emailing me is your way to go)▪︎ I may ask you to be more specific about your character if I find that your resources/references are too vague▪︎ I will have you double-check and finalize everything to make sure everything looks okay for you before I set up the invoice for payment▪︎ A PayPal invoice will be sent to you momentarily after I've gotten your approval. The invoice will be detailed as it includes your orders' prices and the total so you can double check for any mistakes/mistypes▪︎ Once full payment goes through, I will begin working on your commission▪︎ Once the commission is finished, it will be sent to you via email. I expect a reply back so I know you've seen it and that it went through.
OTHER:
▪︎ If I find you rude or simply ill-mannered when chatting with me, I may not continue the commission for you.▪︎ PLEASE respect my boundaries!▪︎ Be mindful of timezones. I usually reply fast during commission time but If I don't, it either means I am very busy or asleep. Once I start getting overloaded with emails and commissions, I will start slowing down with everything process-wise. Mental health issues and other personal problems can also get in the way of my work.▪︎ If you feel like you still haven't gotten your commission after several weeks/months, you can check up on me by sending me an email to ask about your commission (since some commissioners had a problem with their commissions not being sent to them due to email issues and whatnot. Sometimes my emails do not go through and I don't know about it so please let me know)▪︎ Again, if you have any more questions or want me to elaborate/explain things further, don't be afraid to ask me and I will explain things to you as clear as possible. :)
COMMISSION USE:
Commissions are for PERSONAL use only. You may not use it for any commercial purposes nor can you profit off of it. NFT or AI use is extremely prohibited.You are able to use your commission for icons, backgrounds Wattpad covers, or post it on your socials, etc. You could even frame it and hang it on your wall... whatever you want. You can even print it out multiple times and chew on it like some people did, I don't care lol
